Teresa’s biweekly feedback

While we showcase transformation pictures of LBC clients routinely, we also like to highlight how making these changes has had a positive impact on their life.

Today I am sharing biweekly feedback and pictures from LBC client, Teresa H., who was climbing mountains over the last two weeks.

As you’ll see, Teresa, who has lost about 20 pounds and inches all over since joining LBC, was able to overcome any obstacle in her way.

“I felt strong and fit! My legs were strong to handle any terrain. I could call on them (thighs) to push me up repeatedly. I had the stamina for steep climbs. My balance was strong when walking on uneven ground and rocks, especially coming down the hills on the scree (sharp small rocks at top of mountains.) I enjoyed every part of the hiking journey, up, down, the top (most of all). My confidence was high. Whatever trail my son wanted to accomplish we did! If it was going to the top we did that too.”

“This type of vacation is why I want to stay fit. I want to be able to do this well into my seventies. Thank you for helping me get there.” – Teresa H.

Teresa’s experiences just go to show that while changes in your appearance are great, there are so many other benefits from adopting a fitness lifestyle. And sometimes these other changes can be even more rewarding.
