I love finding new things for my post workout meal. Sometimes its so good that I wish I trained everyday!! Yesterday was one of those days.
I found these a while ago and saw that they fit into my guidelines (a little on the high end as far as fat goes) so I figured I would give them a try. Loved them!!
I decided to eat 100 calories worth- which was 18 of these little pieces of heaven in addition to a Chocolate protein shake (BuyBulkWhey) with 1/2 of a package of 100 calorie Oreo Crisps. Bring on the chocolate!!
