PWO Gluten-Free Cookie Dough
Check out this PWO recipe for gluten-free “cookie dough” from LBC client Lori!
“For the recipe I used:
25g vanilla Trutein
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
14g coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Remaining calories went to dairy free chocolate chips.
Hand mix until well blended. Enjoy.
You could also add some PB2!”
