When Christie started with LBC, she began in a fat loss phase. She has now has been through multiple fat loss phases, contest preps, and building phases.

These pics show her progress during her second build, over the past few months, and a very successful build so far I’d say!

On the left – the first day of her program
Middle and Right pics – progressing over the past few months of building.

Starting weight on left – 118 lbs
Competition weight – 97/98 lbs
Current weight on right – 114lbs
Also- she is about 15 inches SMALLER now than when she started with LBC. How cool is that?!

From an article Coach Erik wrote thats on our site about building muscle: “A building phase is not an excuse to get fat or sloppy, dive into a buffet bar, etc. The point to a build is to simply gain muscle – obviously. However, a free-for-all caloric onslaught is a quick way to unnecessary fat gain.

An effective bulk is characterized by an attempt to maximize the muscle-to-fat-gain ratio, all the while understanding and accepting that yes, some fat is going to come.”
