Here’s an easy way to make protein cookies.
200g Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
160g Trutein (vanilla)
1⁄2 cup milk
2 whole eggs
1⁄2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄3 cup honey
50g chocolate chips (stevia sweetened)
Once you have all the ingredients, mix them up in a bowl. Then form cookies from the batter and bake at 350 F for 12 minutes.
I made 9 cookies from the batch, which were relatively the same size. So if I had to ballpark it, then each cookie would provide about 18g of protein, 32g of carbs and 5g of fat for around 250 cal. Obviously, you can play around with the amounts or even size of the cookies to better suit your needs, but it’s worth effort – these are delicious!
