Coach Nate’s on-plan Mexican-style recipe

This is one of my all time favourite on-plan meals especially if I’m craving Mexican-style food. It’s really easy to make and tastes soooo good! All you need to make it is the following:

100g ground turkey (99% fat-free)
50g Liberte Greek yogurt (fat-free)
30g cheddar (full fat)
40g avocado
taco seasoning (I use Ol El Paso)

To make it, brown the ground turkey and add taco seasoning (3 tsp). I also add the taco seasoning in with the Greek yogurt (1 tsp). I then shred the cheese, slice up the avocado and combine everything. (I told you it was easy!) This gives me a meal with about 41g of protein, 10g carbs, 18g of fat, and around 370 k/cal. Obviously, you can play around with the amounts of food as your meal plan wouldn’t be the same as mine, but you really can’t go wrong, taste wise, by combining all these ingredients!
