Coach Nate’s banana Greek yogurt recipe

If you’re like me then you like the convenience of Greek yogurt. Pull it out of the fridge (after you bought it of course), measure it out and eat it. You may also like the macronutrient profile of Greek yogurt too. High in protein and low in carbs and fat. What I don’t really like about Greek yogurt is the bitterness. So I always try to mix it with something. For example, today I mixed the following:

250g Greek yogurt
20g (1 tbsp) PB2
2 tsp honey
1 serving of banana

This gives me about 330 k/cal and around 34g of protein, 40g of carbs, 3g of fat. Obviously, you can play around with the amounts to better suit your calorie/macronutrient needs, but it’s meals like this that make you forget that you’re even following a plan because they taste so good.
