Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Decided to make some cookies tonight, which were very easy to make and taste good too! All you need to make them is the following:

2 overripe bananas (134g total)
96g large flake oatmeal (I use Bob’s Red Mill)
40g Trutein (vanilla)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking powder

First blend the bananas until creamy. Then mix in all the other ingredients. Then put mounds on cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350F.

The batch provides about 40g of protein, 104g of carbs and 7g of fat for around 635 k/cal. I made 8 cookies, so a rough estimate would give each cookie about 5g of protein, 13g of carbs and 0.9g of fat for around 80 k/cal.
