A New (and Free) Nutrition Feature for Lean Bodies Consulting Clients

March 27th, 2011 by

This announcement has been a long time in the making, but here it is.

Looking for new ideas for your Lean Bodies Consulting nutrition plan? Ways to build in some additional variety? Many LBC clients have picked up a copy of Amy Perez’ new cookbook, Better Eating. Better Choices. Better Body and have started to make use of her book in their plans. (If you haven’t yet, I’d really encourage you to do so – you can’t really beat over 100 quick-and-easy recipes for  under 15 bucls). Amy has also been gracious enough to help LBC clients adjust and tweak her recipes to fit the details of client’s different plans.

But now I’ve got something new to add for LBC clients and as such, I’m pleased to announce a new service that will be coming to LBC clients in the next month. A new service that is of course …. free. So LBC is simply adding value to what you’re already receiving as a part of what you’re already paying.

After receiving an increase in questions pertaining to clients meal plans,  Amy Perez’ of Curls and Whey has been working on a database of recipes WITH VIDEOS that will be tailored to your specific meal plans.

So how does this work? Clients will be able to log in via password where they will find videos of LBC compliant recipes. They will have options to choose from that allow them to exchange these into their personal programs and the macronutrient amounts of that specific recipe are all figured out for them.  No thinking required! It’s basically just pick and choose, plug and play. It really can’t get any easier. No math, no calculations, no figuring out how to adjust a recipe to make it fit into your plan. It’s ALL done for you.

As you know, LBC doesn’t do ‘cookie cutter’, so this is a database that will grow as clients request specific recipes to be tailored to their personal plans. In addition. we’ll have an area where you can submit your request and Amy will add that recipe with macronutrient information to the database.

Stay tuned. You’re going to like it.
