You cannot put your fat loss on a time table

You can not put your fat loss on a time table. We are all different and progress differently. I know its never fast enough for some but if you don’t place your focus on the long term you’re going to be stuck mentally and dissatisfied with yourself/progress in the short term.. The focus should be in the long term. 

You’ve got to change that mindset. This is not lose this the fastest you can or be the hare vs tortoise; its produce maintainable and sustainable results so that this is your lifestyle not a diet.

Put your mind and focus on the behaviors that will get your there while you are working on being consistent day in and day out with your goals. You are still ahead of where you were.
