There Is No Magic. Stop Looking.

Far too many times I’ve spoken to people who are making perfectly good progress on intelligently structured programs (or are even under the guidance of a good coach/trainer) and they’re asking me if I’ve heard of this diet or that one or if they should change this or that.

So listen up because this is important…

STOP JUMPING FROM PROGRAM TO PROGRAM LIKE A GRASSHOPPER WITH ADD.

If you’re doing a program that is not overly restrictive, allows you to partake of all different macronutrients, permits you to train hard on a reasonable number of days for a reasonable amount of time and you’re making slow and steady progress…STOP LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ELSE.

There are no magic diets.

There are no magic exercises.

There are no magic supplements.

If you want to succeed in transforming your body you need to apply effort, consistency, and patience.

Stop looking for shortcuts. If you find one, it is likely only a shortcut to somewhere you weren’t hoping to go.
