S’mores Pancakes

S’mores Pancakes

I used:
✔ 20g ‎Trutein‬ ‪s’mores‬ protein powder
✔32g ‪‎Birch Benders‬ pancake mix (Kodiak pancake mix will work as will oat flour too)
✔ 1/3 cup MuscleEgg ‪ Cake batter‬ ‪egg whites‬ (any liquid egg whites or just cracking an egg(s) will do)
✔ 7g coconut flour
✔ 1tsp baking powder
✔ 5 tbsp ‪Silk‬ Cashew Milk (almond or coconut will work too)
✔ Stevia to taste
Toppings (optional)
✔ 5g ‪Lily’s‬ chocolate chip morsels
✔ ‪5g Jet-puffed‬ mallow-bits
✔2-3g dollop of ‪reddi-whip‬

Directions:
1. Mix the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Cook on preheated skillet or griddle, coat with spray if needed; flip when edges are firm. Once cooked all the way through, remove and top with optional toppings
