Single-Leg Glute Exercise

I’ll just say this: I couldn’t even control how badly my booty was shaking during these. Glutes on Fire! (**Hit the little “HD” button in the lower right hand corner for a clearer video).

Borrowed this little gem from John Meadows page & unlike 99.99% of the exercise demos you see people attempting on social media, It. Is. Awesome. And effective. Then again, I’d expect nothing less from John.

1. Check your ego at the door. (You do not need a lot of weight).
2. Make sure your stance is angled.
3. Drive through the front heel.
4. If you’re a glutton for punishment like I am, and you want to advance it, resulting in the face I make at the end of this video, you can do it single-leg with just a little toe tap at the bottom of the movement for balance – shown in the last half of the video.
