Post-contest rebounds are very real and happen way too often in this industry.

This is my client, Sofia, before she came to work with me and LBC. She is offering herself up as an example of what not to do when prepping for a competition, in hopes that it will encourage other women to educate themselves more when it comes to putting their trust in a prep coach.

The left photo was 1.5 weeks pre-competition and the right photo was 1.5 weeks post-competition, a 27 lb difference! You can see how her body reacted to adding food back in after her coach had her severely restricting calories while doing copious amounts of cardio throughout her prep.

Since Sofia has been working with me and LBC, we have gradually increased her calories and I am happy to say that she is currently sitting nicely at a daily intake of 2500+ calories and almost 300g of carbs per day with NO cardio… and she has lost inches in the process! A drastic change from where she once was.

Your health should ALWAYS be priority #1.
