Parmesan Chicken

I decided to change it up again for my meal tonight. I was craving “Italian” food, so I got a little creative with my meal. I used the GoFigure app to do so, which is nice to have because I’m able to look in my fridge and cupboards to see what food is available and then swap it into my plan. Anyways, today I decided to make Parmesan chicken. As always, it’s very simple to make, you just need the following ingredients:

1 chicken breast (whatever is in your plan)
15g parmesan cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp salt

Simply put all the ingredients in a Ziploc bag, shake and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350F. I added gluten-free pasta (40g) and pasta sauce (40g) to my chicken breast (100g). The meal gave me about 435 k/cal with around 41g of protein, 36g of carbs and 14.5g of fat. Obviously, you can play around with the amounts to better suit your needs, but it’s nice to change it up from time-to-time and the GoFigure app can help you do so.
