“I have been craving chips and dip all day, and I didn’t want to take an off plan meal, so I subbed out the ground beef and brown rice from meal 3 for greek yogurt and rice cakes.
I used sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to season my dip, and the cheddar mini rice cakes for chips, so hit the spot!
*Tip-stir the seasonings into the yogurt and pop it into the fridge for half an hour, so it absorbs all the flavors.”
