I've known Erik for several years. During that time, I've seen the success that many athletes, both amateur and pro, have had with Erik's guidance and knowledge. So when I decided to compete in my last bodybuilding show, it was a "no-brainer" to ask Erik for his help. In doing so, I was able to take first place in my weight division.
