LBC client Tanis’ back progress as she preps for her competition

Earlier today I posted a pic of Tanis’ abs two days out from her show and a comparison of her 4-week changes from the front along with the following text:

“Interestingly enough, the decision to compete was not made until 4 weeks out from the contest date.

We were not prepping for anything, so when Tanis said she wanted to compete in 4 weeks, I admittedly had my doubts, but we made some programming revisions and coupled with her absolutely flawless program execution, this is what happened.

Nothing extreme, which should go without saying if you know what we preach, but we did add a little more given the short duration. Four days of strength training, two 10-minute sprint workouts and two 20-minute metabolic circuits. Pretty good outcome I’d say.”

Here is the 4-week progress from the back. When I showed this comparison to Tanis this morning she said, “That’s almost 10 pounds from my butt I think! ”

Funny how that compliance thing works.
