LBC client Kelsey’s back transformation as she prepares for her first figure competition

Kelsey is preparing to compete in her first Figure Division show this summer and I’d say she’s killing her prep wouldn’t you?

Her training ranges from 4-5 five days of strength work, and 0-3 cardio sessions per week.

Kelsey’s compliance is absolutely stellar to say the least. And, I can tell you, because I witness it first hand, that there isn’t a day when she trains with anything less than 110% intensity (she is also my training partner here in Cincinnati, Ohio).
