I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to thank you and LBC for helping me get to where I wanted. I’m happy to say I’m maintaining the results from your diet help. This is a photo from my shoot this past July. Not bad for a nearly 39-year old mama! These are untouched as well and the thing I say to others is I’m a 365 Athlete. You helped me find my way to maintain so thank you!

Funny enough I used to be a HUGE cardio bunny and now that I’m lifting more and found what works for me I’m smaller now than I ever was with 5 hours of cardio a day.

LBC Coaching and Facebook pages (including Curls And Whey Training) really helped to encourage me to do things differently and learn to let go of fear I had around weights and a different way of training. It also helped to set me up with my diet and being more flexible rather than a mentality of restricting food groups. A meal plan shouldn’t be something we need to live but rather guide us into developing a lifetime of a diet that we can sustain forever. That’s what I found helped me. Thanks again!!”
