LBC back progress

That LBC back!

This progress was brought about by 4 weight training sessions per week, in addition to 3 HIIT cardio sessions and awesome dietary compliance!

Her feedback:

“I can honestly say that I am so happy and I am confident in myself. I know that I have worked very hard, never gave up even when I was tired, and kept pushing myself because I COULD DO IT! With three kids, a husband, full-time job, and commissioner of our Local Pop Warner league I kept going. Why? Because it’s the only thing I do for me! It makes me a better Mom, Wife and friend. Most of my peers will never understand my commitment and that is OK. I know why I do it, why it’s important, and why I won’t veer off my goals. THEY ARE FOR ME! I can finally see my body the way that I know it can look and feel. I’m only planning on getting better from here, I want to see what more I can accomplish and what new goals I can reach. I did it in a very balanced way and I can thank LBC for that!!!!”
