Hard work and compliance. Day in and day out.

As I was looking through some old photos of mine, I came across a back pose from my first show in 2011. By the way, the bottom photo was in 2013 after working with LBC and earning my IFBB Pro Card.

We get lot of questions asking how long it will take to lose fat, or add muscle, be ready to step on stage, or to look great for a “teeny weenie bikini” vacation – and the answer is…it’s different for everyone.

Remember that while this took me 2 years, with an obvious goal of adding muscle, everyone progresses differently. A huge part of the result depends on your coach, your nutrition and training program and your compliance as it did mine.

Any and all progress is a step in the right direction! Your journey is relevant only to you- enjoy YOUR path and be patient. The fruits of your labor will be obvious.
