Gluten-Free Blueberry Crumble

“So this is awesome!!!
Subbed 40g oats for 35g Bob’s Red Mill coconut flour
Used from my plan:
6 egg whites
1/2 serving of frozen blueberries
Cinnamon to preference
Directions:
Add blueberries to the bottom of a oven safe dish.
In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon, egg whites, and coconut flour till thick consistency. Add on top of blueberries. Cook at 350 for 25 min. Put on a low broil until crispy. If I had a fat some butter or coconut butter would be nice on top! I added sugar free syrup! So good! “
