Now that my kids are back in school, and I’m on the road more, which means, more traffic, delays, schedule changes, running from one end of the city to the other… I am putting my EMERGENCY FOOD bag back in the car.

I keep an insulated bag (this one is from Whole Foods) in my car on the floor in the backseat with the following food items in it for those “just in case” moments, where things aren‘t going as planned, but I need to stay ON plan. Like for the next 12 weeks until my show in November.

I can quickly use the LBC Food Sub App and make this work whether I have to sub a protein, carb or fat, or even all 3.

– Basmati Rice, Oats – stop at a convenience store and microwave
– Raw nuts
– Peanut Butter
– Tuna Packets
– Trutein protein powder
– Shaker bottle
– Plastic utensils/napkins/hand wipes
– Gallon of water
– Mio water drops
