Congrats to LBC client Meaghan for taking home the Overall in the Fitness Model category in a class of over 30 girls. No voodoo, no prep week quackery, diuretics, water cutting, carb depletion or sodium tinkering; just a sane prep where we just cruised on into the show in good shape.
