Coach Nic’s feedback from the 2nd LBC Fitness Conference

Home safe and sound from one of the most rewarding, unbelievable, and unforgettable weekends of my entire life, at the LBC conference in Virginia.

I really didn’t know what to expect coming into this weekend as I had never attended a conference quite like this before. Initially I was tasked at assisting in the lower body training class but due to unfortunate circumstances and Coach Holly not being able to attend my role was changed to instructing the class solo.

I will admit that I was pretty nervous at first since I am one of the newest additions to the team and had limited previous experience instructing such large groups of people.

Would I be able to teach? How receptive would everyone be of my instructions? Could I live up to what attendees have come to expect from an LBC conference?

After my first class on Saturday morning all of those fears and apprehensions quickly vanished as I met so many amazing, enthusiastic, wonderful people who had travelled from near and far to make this conference possible. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive, interactive and enthusiastic group of people and I feel truly blessed to have met you all.

Thank you all for enriching my life with this experience and giving me so much to look forward to with my new role as a coach with LBC. You truly have touched my life in so many ways.

I also wish to thank all of my fellow coaches for such a warm heartfelt welcome to the group. I feel honored and privelaged to be on your team and am so excited to move forward.

Finally I wish to thank Coach Amy and Coach Erik not only for putting on such an amazing event but also for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to join such a fantastic company.

Putting on a conference of this magnitude is a monumental task and truly a labor of love. You both exemplify all of the qualities as coaches and leaders that I can only hope to one day achieve myself.
