Coach Nate’s tropical post workout shake

If you’re looking for a post-workout shake idea then this is very tasty. All you need is following:

55g of Trutein (vanilla)
3/4 cup of pineapple juice
1/2 serving of banana (33g)
2 tsp lime juice
1/2 cup of crushed ice

This is provides about 41g of protein, 38g of carbs, and 2g of fat for around 330 k/cal. Obviously, you can play around with the amounts to better suit your calorie/macronutrient requirements, but it’s delicious and easy to make.
