Coach Nate’s On-Plan Chicken Wrap

I just tried an amazing chicken wrap that was so easy to make. All you need is the following:

90g chicken breast (strips)
100g Greek yogurt (plain)
1 Udi’s gluten-free wrap
30g Hellmann’s Light mayonnaise
20g avocado (diced)
1/4 cup grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
1/4 cup cucumber (diced)
1/4 cup baby spinach
1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper (freshly ground)

First I mixed the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Then I stirred in the tomatoes, cucumber and avocado. I then warmed up the wrap in the oven (I find you have to do this with Udi’s wraps to make them more pliable). Once warmed, I put the baby greens on top, then the chicken, then the mixture.

This wrap gave me about 450 k/cal with around 41g of protein, 34g of carbs and 17g of fat. Obviously, you can play around with the amounts to better suit your calorie/macronutrient needs, but… oh my goodness, did it taste great!
