Coach Beth’s Crossfit training

I’ve received some messages asking about my training and what it looks like. I’m thrilled that there is some interest and I’m also more than happy to share what competitive exercising looks like behind closed doors ?. Truth is, I spend the *majority* of my time on strength work. I typically work at 70-90% of my max lifts on any given day. I usually then move to accessory lifts, like front squats or overhead squats or some sort of pressing variation, and then do some gymnastics skill work and a short metabolic conditioning session that is anywhere from 5-15 mins in duration.

I’ll share more workout vids in the coming weeks, but here is yesterday’s session. We are deloading this week, so my lifts are light and met conditioning is short. I was in and out in an hour yesterday!

Lift was a 3-position snatch and the metcon was 21-15-9 of overhead squats (65#) and burpee box jump overs. I know y’all must love burpees as much as I do ?
