Loved LBC client Holly’s biweekly feedback:

“At the end of the day when I look in the mirror I am still amazed at all the changes that have occurred. Dare I say this is the best shape I have ever been in my life, even better when I was playing college softball!”

Strength training 4x per week, a couple short metabolic/cardio sessions per week, and enjoying weekly refeeds.
