People of a low body weight, which is the case with Carolin, tend to have a tougher time with leaning out since the littlest BLT (bite, lick, taste) of extras off their meal plan can easily take them out of a caloric deficit and stall progress. However Carolin is making phenomenal progress due to the fact that she nails her diet, week in and week out. She’s rocking it!
