The other day I saw the 1/2 pound Reese peanut butter cup and I wanted one, but instead I decided to make what’s in the attached pic. It’s actually fairly easy to make, which is always a bonus for me and they do taste good.

To make them you need to make the chocolate and peanut butter portions separate. Here’s how to make both:

Chocolate Layer:
40g Trutein (chocolate)
150g Liberte Greek yogurt (plain, fat-free)
20g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp stevia

Peanut Butter Layer:
150g PB2
1.5 tsp stevia
1/2 cup water

Once you mix both up and they are thick and creamy, you need to pour a teaspoon of the chocolate mixture into mini cups. Then add a teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture and top it off with the final layer of chocolate. Once done, put in the freezer for a couple of hours before eating.

I made 24 mini cups so this gives me about 5g of protein, 5g of carbs and 1g of fat for around 50 k/cal per cup.
