New Site Design is Up

Well, after a lot of work and tweaking, as you can see the new website look is finally done. Thanks to Jason Lengstorf of Ennui Design for all the work on the updates. The site is now so much more user friendly for me which will make getting updates up myself much, much easier.

I'm pleased and I hope you like the new look as well.

Now I can finally get back to blogging again, and post up some of those rants I've been hinting at over on the LeanBodiesFitness forums for a while now.

Merry Christmas to everyone. This is my first Christmas without my dad and it's been a tough and emotional one, but we've remembered him as my mom has told numerous stories from back in the day. This time next year I'm going to have two kids - that's crazy.

So, that's it for now, but I'll be back shortly.
