Dieting - The Waiting Game
I came across this great quote from IFBB Pro Zoa Lindsey today and thought it summarized the optimal mindset when it comes to contest prep or just dieting for fat loss and a leaner physique in general.

Do the right things consistently enough and long enough and your fat loss (and subsequently bodyweight) will take care of itself over time.
Stop fretting over the minutia of little bodyweight fluctuations and focus on the bigger picture. Don't think about it, enjoy the process and wait for your body to be revealed.
