Nikki Venzara One Day Out Pictures

Thought I'd post up a couple shots of LBC client Nikki Venzara who came to me by way of IFBB Fitness Pro Sandi Stuart, who is incidentally in Hawaii with Nikki right now helping to put the finishing touches on her.

Nikki is definitely a competitor to watch out for in 2011. She's only 22 and already has some great development as you can see below. I don't think anyone can deny some serious potential here. Check out the delts and back.

One Year Testimonial - Great Physical AND Mental Improvements

Thanks Marci

For the first time in my life, I can honestly say that I am happy with my physique, and I owe that satisfaction to Erik Ledin and his guidance over the past year. With Erik as my coach, my eyes were opened to my... read more 1 comments

Why is it controversial?

Well, the eventual winner in Masters E ... placed 11th in Open E, somehow, with the same judging panel, beating FOUR girls that beat her in Open (including Alex's 6th, which also is quite questionable, but I'll save that rant for another time). Not only did she place 11th in... read more 6 comments
