A few months back I posted the before-and-after
pictures of a client of mine who went through a back and shoulders
specialization program. You can take a look at those results here. Suffice it to
say, the results were obviously impressive ... to the point that on one
forum, another competitor called them dishonest, suggesting trick
photography, or photoshop, etc. I guess we should take that as a compliment
since it suggests the results were just that good.

Here's what's going to happen in less than three weeks days when 2011

program" or "fat-loss diet" and they'll be surfing every fitness website
and forum, until they find The One. Once they find The One, they'll feel
confident that this is the solution to their problems. They'll be excited

Sound familar to you?
I honestly log my food and know how many calories I am eating during the
week, the weekend I tend to slack. I may not eat enough some days and
others days in the weekend I may eat too much. I am actually working on
that, have been and am doing better, but if I am going to have a cheat I
usually don't eat at much prior to my cheat meal.
Weekend eating is just as important as weekly eating.

Here is a video that Amy Perez put
together during my family's trip down to Virginia for the US Thanksgiving
last week. Incidentally, we're still here - enjoying our last evening as
we're heading home tomorrow.
The trip ended up being longer than we anticipated as the Erie, PA and
Buffalo, NY area got slaughtered with snow a few days ago when we had
planned to go home. That's ok though as we just extended our vacation and
had a few more days of fun.
Anyway, i made two pumpkin pies ... CREAMY PUMPKIN PIES actually from a
recipe that my mother gave me. We had fun with it all and Amy and Kevin
grabbed some pictures...
