Question:
I've been having some really good success
in my attempts to lose fat and get in better shape, but I also have a goal
to get stronger and to gain more muscle as well. While I have made some
strength gains, they've been nothing to write home about and I really don't
believe I've added any muscle either. Any suggestions?

Well, after a lot of work and tweaking, as you can see the new website look
is finally done. Thanks to Jason Lengstorf of Ennui Design for all the work on the
updates. The site is now so much more user friendly for me which will make
getting updates up myself much, much easier.
I'm pleased and I hope you like the new look as well.
Now I can finally get back to blogging again, and post up some of those
rants I've been hinting at over on the LeanBodiesFitness forums for a
while now.

I took on the services of LBF and Erik Ledin in early March of this year. I had a goal of competing in my very first show and I knew that I would be in better hands if I hired someone to guide me through. From day one, Erik has been on point with all his information and it resulted in a very nice process with hardly any plateaus. Here's another from a client who recently took 1st in her show. When you're busy training other people, it can be difficult to stay focused to your own diet plan not having anyone to answer to for yourself. I have worked with Erik in the past and knew I needed him along side me for this recent show that I was prepping for. I let Erik prepare all aspects of my competition prep, diet and training.
