So the 2010 IFBB Pro contest season is about to get started and I thought
it'd be a nice addition to the blog to have IFBB Fitness Pro Sandi Stuart do a weekly
guest blog as she diets down for the 2010 New York and Orlando Pro Fitness.
Sandi has just come off a much needed off season and is digging into prep
mode.

Well folks, here it is: the beginning of the competition
season. It’s nerve-wracking and exciting all at once to begin this
prep. No matter how many shows I do, or how many times I diet, I always get

The following is a guest entry from IFBB Figure Pro Melody Clere on the
need for competitors to have an offseason. Melody herself has just recently
come off a great offseason dedicated towards putting on a little more

I'm in complete agreement with her position here obviously as I think one
of the biggest problems with those trying to develop 'The Physque', is that

Now, I'm
sponsored by a supplement company myself, and while I'll certainly say good
things about the company, I''m not going to just start talking nonsense.
I mean, I've seen some outlandish claims, and trust me, I've
seen supplement marketing first hand when I worked for one of the big
supplement giants who are known for aggressive, over-the-top marketing
claims. But...
