LBC Testimonial from a Long-Term Client (with Hypothyroidism)

Here is a new testimonial I received from a client who I've been with for nearly two years now. It's a great joy to get testimonials like this and it's precisely why I love my chosen career path so much. Thanks Carrie.

I have always admired people with a strong, lean physique and wanted the same for myself.  I was always the “fat” kid who constantly heard “she’d be so pretty if she’d just lose some weight”.  I finally hit my heaviest weight when I was 17, I’ll never forget stepping on that scale and as I saw 265 flash across the display, I was in shock.  Throughout my 14 years of being overweight I tried every... read more 4 comments

I do NOT like having to get up and get cardio done before breakfast ... I am NOT a morning person (in fact, if you ever wake me up, you should be very, very afraid LOL) ... but that particular cardio is so tough that I always... read more 5 comments

What am I talking about? Any guesses?

I'm hoping it's obvious.

I'm talking about dietary adherence; that is basic compliance to your nutritional plan. This is and always will be the KEY to long-term, successful fat loss. I don't care how hard you train, I don't care how many metabolic workouts you do, or how much cardio you do, if you can't nail your diet week in and week out, you're short changing yourself of results. You're working hard in the gym for sub-optimal, or... read more 8 comments
