Another Monday, another week. This week started off with me and the girls
dropping off IFBB Figure Pro Melody Clere (I learned that her last name is
pronounced 'clear' - oops) at the airport.
Melody flew in on
Wednesday to stay with us and get some hardcore training in. I think we
definitely accomplished that as I overheard her telling her husband Ron
yesterday that everything on her ached, except for her quads ... since we
didn't do a heavy leg day.
We were able to hit up Day 3 of her current workout plan at the gym I
train at - not without incident of course. Now normally this club charges a
whopping $25 PER day...

Well, after a lot of work and tweaking, as you can see the new website look
is finally done. Thanks to Jason Lengstorf of Ennui Design for all the work on the
updates. The site is now so much more user friendly for me which will make
getting updates up myself much, much easier.
I'm pleased and I hope you like the new look as well.
Now I can finally get back to blogging again, and post up some of those
rants I've been hinting at over on the LeanBodiesFitness forums for a
while now.
Merry Christmas to everyone. This is my first Christmas without my dad and
it's been a tough and emotional one...

So it would appear if you've come to my blog that I've totally abandoned this thing with the last post in May. Such is not the case and unfortunately lost all posted content between May and October. This appears to have stemmed from problems with the upgrade to the latest version of WordPress which cost me posts dating back to September along with some other control panel options. Then in an effort to undo that, reverting back to a previous version of WordPress cost me everything dating back to the end of May. Awesome eh? So no matter what, it's all gone. :( I'm going to be moving everything off this host shortly as I need something a lot more... read more 2 comments
Ok, so we've established answers to the following questions in the first three parts of this series so far: 1. Would I have to do a bulk? 2. How long would I bulk for? Alright, how about some practical steps? We're not going to get into the training aspect of this right now as it's a rather varied topic, so we'll just keep the focus on nutrition - which really is what will be the final determinant of gains. By that I mean, I don't care how hard you're training, if you're not eating enough to support muscle growth, you're not going to be gaining size. Period.
