Last week I posted some one-day-out pictures
of LBC Figure competitor Nikki Venzara, which you can find here. Well, the 2010
NPC Hawaii State/Paradise Cup Championships has now come and gone. And I'm
pleased to say that Nikki took home top honours in both the Short Class and
the Overall.
That now makes Nikki 2 for 2 in her young competitive career as she also
took home top honours a couple months back in the Florida State
Championships.
So a big congratulations to Nikki!
Also a thank you to IFBB Fitness Pro Sandi Stuart for all her work and
help in Nikki's success as well. Sandi played a big part in fine tuning

Thought I'd post up a couple shots of LBC client Nikki Venzara who came to
me by way of IFBB Fitness Pro Sandi Stuart, who is incidentally in Hawaii
with Nikki right now helping to put the finishing touches on her.
Nikki is definitely a competitor to watch out for in 2011. She's only 22
and already has some great development as you can see below. I don't think

Here she is one day out from her 2nd show (she won her first show - the
NPC Florida State a couple months back). She is doing figure this weekend

More congratulations are in order; this time to Canadian Figure competitor
Chantal Milot who nailed a 5th place spot in this past weeksnd's CBBF
National Fitness, Figure, Bikini & Masters Bodybuilding
Championships
Incidentally, there were only THREE points separating places 3 through 5,
so it was super, super close.
As well, it was Chantal's first time doing the CBBF Nationals as well. Not
bad for your first shot. Congratulaions Chantal!
I have yet to find any pictures of this weekend's show but here are some
pictures from Chantal's last show in July, where she's sporting some
serious conditioning ...
