So I'm back at it this week after a weekend away at the 2010 Pittsburgh
Pro/Am. What a big show this is! I drove down on Friday, making it in 4
½ hours which was a good start – beating the expected time by
30 minutes. I was staying with Melody (Clere) and her husband Ron so I went
straight to their hotel to get settled.
As an aside, Pittsburgh sure has some serious hills, and in residential
areas at that. It's the weirdest thing to see how steep these hills are.
I'd pity the people that live on those streets that don't own a car. The

So we're only three days away from the next IFBB Pro show of the year - the
2010 Pittsburgh Pro.
Today I thought I would post up a quick peek of IFBB Figure Pro Melody
Clere a few days out. This has really been a great prep coming off a
nice, healthy off season resulting in what is now a body that feels

Sandi Stuart unfortunately didn't get the look that I think she should
have gotten, and subsequently placed lower than hoped for or expected. I
think she should have placed a handful of spots of higher. Supposedly this
show is notorious for bad lighting and subsequently, I've yet to see any
really good pictures.
However, here's a couple pictures of Sandi from Friday morning (day of
the...

majority of my client roster. As such, I am occasionally asked if I can get
the job done with the guys too.
In my opinion, the guys are even easier. When you run into a client that
takes his (or her) goals very seriously and you put him on a good plan,
well, the results speak for themselves. Cameron is one of those guys who
has earned his results. It took him a bit to find his stride but once he
did, there was no looking back.
Cam came to me wanting to do his...
