I received an email from a client of mine the other day and all it
contained were two pictures; no message, just two pictures. But the point
of the email was very clear. Someone was very happy with what's been
happening to her body. We're also not talking about an experienced lifter
here either. In fact, this is a whole new journey for Shannon. She's
definitely well on her way. in addition to the nice glute changes, you can
see a big difference in her back as well.

more.
The following is an email reply from a competitor client of mine
who came from one of the 'gurus' of contest prep. After reviewing her most
recent biweekly, where she's checked in at 138.5lbs (down from 160), I
asked what she has competed at before and she said anywhere between 125
and 140. In her own words:

A few months back I posted the before-and-after
pictures of a client of mine who went through a back and shoulders
specialization program. You can take a look at those results here. Suffice it to
say, the results were obviously impressive ... to the point that on one
forum, another competitor called them dishonest, suggesting trick
photography, or photoshop, etc. I guess we should take that as a compliment
since it suggests the results were just that good.
