I came across this great quote from IFBB Pro Zoa Lindsey today and thought
it summarized the optimal mindset when it comes to contest prep or just
dieting for fat loss and a leaner physique in general.
"Dieting really is just a 'waiting game'. You do what you need to do,
don't think about it too much and just 'wait' for the body to be revealed!"

I thought I would put up a short note to let everyone know that it looks
like Lean Bodies Consulting is going to be putting on some LBC
Fitness/Physique camps this year. As I get more details sorted out, I'll
definitely be back to post about it, but I wanted to make you aware of this
and announce it while it's in the planning stages.
And it's not
just going be me flying solo either. There will also be one or two IFBB
Pros involved taking part in each camp. Location wise, we were first
thinking Canada since that's where I'm located, but we'll probably
hold off on that and do Florida first as it's easier for Americans...

Diet-for-Thought Albert Einstein once said "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results". It's quite obvious to me that our culture remains obsessed with dieting. I'm not talking balanced, long- term minded dieting but rather dieting beyond reason, becoming slaves to restriction, false control and the gratification seeing the scale move in a downward spiral brings. Along with this comes a whirlwind of hormonal fluctuations, starvation, and deprivation not just from food but from family and friends and let's not forget the ridiculous amounts of exercise.
