Banana Muffins
Easy to fit into an on plan breakfast though too!
130g banana
3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
150g low-fat plain Greek yogurt
45g oats
70g Trutein
¼ cup sugar substitute
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray muffin tray with cooking spray or use papers.
2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
3. Bake until you can insert a fork and remove it without anything sticking, about 17 minutes. Top muffins with Greek yogurt optional. Makes 12.
