Awesome LBC client progress
23 inches – gone!
I love when I get progress photos and the posture is different, they’re wearing a new (smaller) bikini or clothes, or they’re smiling now…it speak loads about their confidence and makes me smile.
I am really so proud of this client! Her awesome changes in her physique have been matched by the positive changes in her mindset.
Her training program has consisted of 4 strength training days per week, and 2-3 metabolic workouts.
