If you want to try making your own dressing for salad then you may want to try this avocado Greek yogurt ranch dressing. It’s soooo good!
To make it all you have to do blend the following ingredients and then mix in the milk:
250g Liberte Greek yogurt (plain/fat-free)
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp parsley
2 tsp dill
2 tsp chives
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup milk (1%)
When I weighed out the entire batch, it was about 500g. I used about 100g of this. So my serving size provided about 7g of protein, 5g of carbs and 6g of fat for around 100 k/cal. Therefore, if you did the same, you’d have 5 servings to consume or have plenty to share.
Also, if you removed the milk then this would make a tasty dip for veggies.
