I love finding new things for my post workout meal. Sometimes its so good
that I wish I trained everyday!! Yesterday was one of those days.
I found these a while ago and saw that they fit into my guidelines (a
little on the high end as far as fat goes) so I figured I would
give them a try. Loved them!!
I decided to eat 100 calories worth- which was 18 of these little pieces
of heaven in addition to a Chocolate protein shake (BuyBulkWhey) with
1/2 of a package of 100 calorie Oreo Crisps. Bring on the chocolate!!

I know what you are thinking. Beans in cookies? Ewwww. I was so skeptical
when I walked by my T.V. and saw Rocco making these cookies on Dr. Oz. Of
course, what really interested me was the fact that they were 45 calories
per cookie!!! For someone that loves volume, my ears perked up and my belly
growled. LOL

Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Yeah, yeah, yeah….I’m sure you are getting sick of hearing
about my love for pumpkin. Too bad!! :p It’s just crazy to think that
I hate pumpkin pie, yet I make so many other things with canned pumpkin.
Today is no different. My husband requested my low carb pumpkin pancakes
but with more carbs. LOL At first I told him that I did not comprehend. But
he then explained that he likes his pancakes to have a little more
‘substance’. So in other words…BRING ON THE OATS. Did I
