About Noel Clark

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
LEAN BODIES CONSULTING, INC.

Fitness has long been not only a passion and a priority for Noel Clark, but a way of life. She played sports throughout her childhood and earned a scholarship to play soccer at Auburn University. Now that her playing days are over, she still focuses on fitness in her life and has found a new way to make fitness a way of life. “After college, I found that I missed the challenge of competition in my life,” says Noel. “After having three children, I wanted to find a way to compete again and that is when I started looking into Figure competitions. I decided in 2006 that I would try it.”

Noel qualified to compete on the national level in just her second competition by finishing second in the NPC Mountaineer Championships Figure competition in Boone, North Carolina. She then went on to compete in three national-level figure competitions during 2007. She has since gone on to place as high as 2nd in the 2008 NPC Junior Nationals, narrowly missing out on the class victory by one point.

Her drive to attain ever-improving personal heights of fitness inspired her to turn her passion for fitness outward; toward helping others achieve their goals.

Noel began earnestly to study nutrition and training and began attending NSCA and ISSN conferences. In October of 2007, she became a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer. (NSCA-CPT) and in June of 2008, Noel became an ISSN Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN), the premier sports nutrition certification in the industry.

One of her inspirations – three of them actually – is her family, and three young daughters. Noel says, “I want my daughters to see what a strong, healthy woman looks like and to provide them an example of a healthy lifestyle. My favorite thing is when they come up to me and flex their muscles and say, ‘Look at my muscle, mommy.’”

As a long-term client of Lean Bodies Consulting, Noel Clark has learned first-hand the value of individualized training and nutrition programs, achieving fitness levels she once thought unattainable. Realizing what a life-changing experience it is to achieve your fitness goals, Noel is excited about the opportunity to help others to do the same.

Noel holds a BS in Psychology from Auburn University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Georgia State University.
